Home prices in Brampton have decreased as sales fell significantly ahead of winter. A report indicates that detached home sales dropped over 10% in November, leading to a 0.3% decline in average prices, now at $1,016,260. The condo market also saw a 10.71% drop in sales and a 4.28% price decrease to $511,316. Semi-detached homes experienced a sales decline of over 9.5%, but prices rose by more than 3% to $912,685. Overall, the average property price in Peel Region fell by 3.18% to $1,042,887.
